Christopher Cahill

Chris Cahill - website
cahill@gwu.edu
Professor Cahill is interested in the hydrothermal synthesis and structural characterization of actinide containing hybrid materials. Specifically, these efforts focus on An bearing coordination polymers assembled through both ionic and supramolecular interactions. Of particular interest is An speciation in solution prior to crystallization/assembly. Expertise as relevant to the EFRC includes small molecule crystallography and synthesis techniques.
